 Just so you know, the reason your exercise goals aren’t falling into place is that there are gaps in your knowledge.

It’s likely your personal trainer isn’t even telling you what you really need to know to get in your best-ever shape, faster.

 I’m not going to tell you one of those “how I changed someone’s life” stories (though as you can see I have many).

I am going to tell you a quick story about what life was like in the ‘80’s.

You see my parents taught me from a very young age the value of hard work and that nothing comes to you without commitment. I landed my first part-time work at a supermarket stocking shelves.

I would then take my pay and re-invest in myself by subscribing to medical journals to educate myself on the human body, all the while working out daily to obtain the body I was envisioning in my mind.
I was fascinated by real case studies of people who had transformed their bodies by sculpting them to be muscular and healthy.
It was an ideal I aspired to.

So, I decided to reinvent myself as an individual, to re-engineer my identity and find my own path in life. The more I read and researched about the fitness potential of the human body, the more I found myself absorbed by it. Bodybuilding was drawing me in more and more every day, and I liked that I only had one person to compete against myself. 

So, I decided over 4 decades ago to enter in the world of bodybuilding as you can see with these images.

You see that’s when I really learned about discipline it takes time I know. When I was young, I had all the enthusiasm you can ask for. This is how I learnt the advantages of testing & measuring each method or technique. 

When something didn’t work for me, I acknowledged, readjusted, and tried again. I still apply this philosophy today.

Then I made a decision that changed my life...
